Aesthetic Alchemy Membership Plan – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership
Your Skin Health Plan is a rolling monthly membership designed to support your long-term skin health through clinical assessment, personalised treatment planning and ongoing care. Monthly payments help spread the cost of your prescribed treatments throughout the year.
2. Skin Health Credits
Each monthly payment adds Skin Health Credits to your account based on your chosen plan. Credits build monthly and must be available before they can be used. Your clinician will recommend treatments based on your Skin Profile and available credit balance. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used while your membership is active.
3. Clinical Prescription
All treatments are prescribed following your Skin Profile and ongoing Skin Reviews. We may recommend alternative treatments where clinically appropriate.

Benefits may change as we develop the membership.
5. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the allocated Skin Health Credits.
6. Payments
Membership fees are collected monthly. Missed payments may suspend your membership and benefits until your account is up to date.
7. Cancellation & Changes
You may cancel within 14 days if no benefits or credits have been used. Upgrades are available at any time. Downgrades may be requested after your initial 12-month commitment.
8. Medical Suitability
All treatments remain subject to clinical assessment and medical suitability. Treatment may be postponed or declined where appropriate, including during pregnancy, breastfeeding or certain medical conditions. Your credits will remain available until treatment can safely resume.
9. Premium Treatments
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments, Dermal Fillers and Radiesse are not included within the Skin Health Credit system but receive a 10% member discount.
10. Loyalty & Reviews
Continuous members may receive loyalty rewards at our discretion. Your Skin Health Plan and Skin Prescription will be reviewed regularly to ensure they continue to meet your skin's needs.

We provide continuity of care through expert assessment, personalised Skin Prescriptions and ongoing professional support. Every recommendation is made with your long-term skin health as our priority.
