All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days – £3.90
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days – £4.99
Free Shipping on orders over £100

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.

3. Local Collection (if applicable)

Local pickup may be available from our clinic. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your item.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at enquiries@aestheticalchmey.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are only able to fulfil orders within the UK at this time.
